Would you be more likely to install a solar powered system on your property if you received a rebate of up to five thousand dollars? While that wouldn't pay for the majority of a decent solar power system, it would get me interested in installing one. It would also help improve the cost of ownership to a level where more people could take advantage of solar power, thus spurring manufacturers to make more panels, and other equipment, and as we all know, the higher the production on a product, the more the price can drop.
I think that it is ridiculous ...
